AgriHub Enterprise is a sovereign, on‑premises agricultural management system designed for organisations that require complete control over their operational data. This Privacy Policy explains how AgriHub Enterprise handles, stores, and protects information within the system.
AgriHub Enterprise does not use any external cloud services, does not transmit data to third parties, and does not rely on external APIs for core functionality. All data remains entirely within your AgriHub Enterprise Server, under your organisation’s physical and administrative control.
All data entered into AgriHub Enterprise — including company records, employee information, equipment details, aircraft operations, chemical usage, maintenance logs, and messaging — is owned solely by the organisation operating the AgriHub Enterprise Server. AgriHub Enterprise does not claim any rights over your data.
AgriHub Enterprise stores all information locally on the AgriHub Enterprise Server. No data is transmitted to cloud platforms, external analytics services, third‑party storage providers, remote backup systems, or external identity providers.
The Sysadmin role is a privileged internal role responsible for server maintenance, system configuration, company creation, user management, troubleshooting, and data integrity. Sysadmin users may access company data only for legitimate administrative purposes.
Sysadmin access is auditable, and organisations may restrict or monitor sysadmin activity according to internal policy.
AgriHub Enterprise is a multi‑tenant system. Each company’s data is logically separated to ensure privacy and operational independence. Company administrators and company users can only access data belonging to their own organisation.
Sysadmin users may switch between companies for administrative purposes, but this action is explicit, logged, reversible, and never automatic.
AgriHub Enterprise stores only the information required for system operation, such as name, email, role, company affiliation, authentication details, and operational records created by the user. No behavioural analytics, tracking, profiling, or external telemetry is performed.
AgriHub Enterprise includes local authentication, role‑based access control, encrypted password storage, secure session management, optional two‑factor authentication, and audit‑friendly logging. Security is enforced entirely within the appliance.
AgriHub Enterprise does not share data with third parties, advertisers, analytics companies, cloud platforms, or external government systems. Data sharing occurs only within your organisation, under your control.
Backups created through AgriHub Enterprise remain on‑premises. You may store backups on local drives, NAS devices, offline media, or secure internal infrastructure. AgriHub Enterprise does not transmit backups externally.
AgriHub Enterprise is designed to support compliance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), agricultural record‑keeping requirements, chemical usage reporting, RPAS operational documentation, and internal audit policies. Compliance responsibility remains with the organisation operating the server.
